This week we’ll be finishing Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. We’ll discuss the differences in the movie and the book from chapters 25-30 the we’ll dive into our activities inspired by what we’ve read. This book club is geared toward ages 7-12. If you are unable to physically make it to the meeting you can request a Zoom link up to two days ahead of the event. The link will be accompanied by wizarding activities you can do at home. The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
