Celebrate Pi day as we turn the library into the Great Blountville Bake Show! Bring in your showstopper pies (homemade only please!) and compete for People’s Choice and Staff’s Choice. Not a baker? Channel your inner Paul Hollywood, sample our entries and vote for your favorite! Event is free but registration is required to enter contest. The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
