Join Bloomingdale Staff for an afternoon of Kentucky Derby Fun! The Bloomingdale Library will be hosting a Kentucky Derby Watch Party featuring derby-inspired snacks, drinks, and a chance to win a small prize for guessing the winning horse! Event starts at 12 PM, but drop in any time throughout the day to celebrate the festivities as races do go on all day.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
