Eat Well Live Well at Colonial Heights will cover a new topic each week to help seniors and other adults take care of their bodies, through proper nutrition, exercise and mental well being. Presented by the Sullivan County UT Extension Office.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
