This science program is designed for home-school kids ages 8-12 will be looking at the history of space exploration.
We’ll begin with how people first studied the stars and move on to telescopes, rockets, space shuttles, moon missions, space stations and more! Join us each week for a fun and fascinating journey. No RSVP required.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
