Each week Mr. Daniel will lead students ages 8-12 on a journey through the world of Art History, studying an artist and the movement for which they are associated. This week we will learn about Vincent van Gogh – A Dutch Post-Impressionist painter who is among the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
