Patrons of all ages are invited to the Sullivan Gardens branch to learn American Sign Language through our Transparent Language Online app. We’ll learn together letters of the alphabet and simple words and phrases from American Sign Language and then practice signing to each other. No reservations required to attend.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
