We will have someone from Evergreen Greenhouse in Colonial Heights come and talk about planting flowers, gardening/growing methods, flowers beds and more! We will also have supplies for patrons to plant their own flower and take home. Program is free. Please sign up on Facebook or at the SG branch.
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
