Mind your mind activities are creative sessions that are not focused on the finished project but rather on the process. They can help with stress, build brain connections and improve focus, all while having fun. New brain connections strengthen the mind, which can stop memory loss and preserve cognitive functioning. For this hybrid class, patrons will pick up a packet of materials from the library and join us during a livestream to follow along and do this activity in the comforting atmosphere of their own home.
