Want to learn to play chess or find friends to play with? Join us at the Bloomingdale branch for some instruction and then game play. This will be a weekly even during summer reading. No reservations required for elementary and middle school age kids!
The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program aims to get children and families reading together! For every 100 books read, participants will receive a book to keep from SCPL. To redeem your prize, turn in a completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten sticker sheet at any branch library.
Participants may sign up online or in the library.
